While there, he became the company’s top performer and expanded their reach in the creative space of advertising and marketing. He went on to found Sasha the Mensch in 2006. Over the years, he has transformed the company into a specialized advisory practice, curating leadership for brands and agencies worldwide. A pioneer in building agile, borderless teams long before the rest of the world caught up, Sasha brings a level of professional intuition and personal stewardship that ensures his clients make hires that build and secure their legacy.
